Vomabige — License terms

1. Provider and scope

These terms cover the Vomabige plugin for DaVinci Resolve and the license supplied by Robert Beutelspacher, trading as TurboBarn, Hagstr. 26, 74193 Schwaigern, Germany. Contact: hi@turbobarn.com.

Paddle is our authorized reseller and seller of record for checkout, payment, taxes and purchase receipts. Its Buyer Terms apply to your purchase. These license terms describe your right to use Vomabige. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Product and free trial

Vomabige adds image, video and glass foreground effects and motion tracking to DaVinci Resolve. It requires macOS 12 or later on an Apple silicon or Intel Mac. DaVinci Resolve is supplied separately. Studio is our current test target; compatibility with Resolve Free is not yet verified.

The free trial provides all features without a time limit, account or payment. Unlicensed previews and exports contain a watermark. Please test the trial with your system and workflow before buying.

3. License and price

A one-time purchase licenses one Mac for €29 or three Macs for €49. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. The final amount, applicable taxes and currency are displayed by Paddle before payment.

The paid license gives the purchaser a non-exclusive right to use the purchased version for an unlimited period on the number of Macs purchased, including commercial and client projects. You may include rendered results in your productions. The license does not transfer ownership of the software or bundled assets, or allow their separate resale or distribution. Do not share your key with unrelated users or circumvent activation limits. Rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

4. Delivery and activation

Delivery is digital. Download the installer from the product page. After Paddle confirms payment, the license key is made available on the purchase page and delivered to the purchase email address. If delivery fails, contact support with your receipt; do not pay again.

Internet access is required for activation and deactivation. Each activated Mac occupies one seat. Deactivate an old Mac before moving its seat; if it is unavailable, contact support. Starting with the next plugin update after 0.9.1, the plugin checks its license every 30 days while running. If the service cannot be reached or returns no verifiable status, activation remains valid and the plugin retries after 24 hours. An overdue check runs when the plugin is next used. Only a verified revocation or removed device activation disables that activation. Keep your key and receipt.

5. Updates and support

Use “Check for updates” in the plugin to find available updates. Close Resolve before installing. A perpetual license does not promise every future separately sold product or upgrade. Statutory rights to necessary updates, including security updates, are unaffected.

6. Withdrawal, defects and refunds

See our withdrawal and refund policy for purchase support and Paddle’s refund process. Statutory rights concerning defective or misdescribed digital products, liability and necessary updates are not excluded by these terms. Following a full refund, the paid license ends and must no longer be used; new activations are blocked.

7. Privacy and version

Our privacy policy explains purchase data, device identifiers, activation and license emails. The version of these terms presented at purchase applies to that purchase. You may save or print this page for your records.
