Withdrawal and refund requests
Consumers in the EU/EEA generally have a 14-day withdrawal right. For immediately supplied digital content, statutory conditions can cause this right to expire early. The checkout information and applicable law determine your rights.
Use the support link in your Paddle receipt or Paddle’s buyer support to request withdrawal or a refund. Provide your transaction reference. Paddle evaluates eligibility; this page does not promise an additional money-back guarantee.
Product problems
For installation, activation or defects, contact hi@turbobarn.com (Robert Beutelspacher, TurboBarn). Include your receipt and a description of the issue. Your statutory remedies remain available.
The free trial lets you check your workflow before purchase. After a full refund, stop using the paid license. New activations are blocked.
