1. What this is about
This policy applies to the website turbobarn.com. The WalkyPop app has a privacy policy of its own.
This website sets no cookies, embeds no external resources and uses no analytics or tracking services. Fonts are served from our own server; no connection to Google Fonts or any other third party is made.
This English text is a convenience translation of the German Datenschutzerklärung, which is the authoritative version.

3. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted on a server of STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. The server is located in Germany; no data is transferred to a third country.
When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically collects data your browser transmits and that is technically required to deliver the page: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources and not evaluated to identify individuals.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and trouble-free operation of the website).
4. No cookies, no tracking
This website stores no cookies on your device. No analytics services, no audience measurement, no advertising networks and no social media plugins are used. That is why there is no cookie banner: there would be nothing to consent to.
5. Contacting us
If you write to us by email, we process your details solely to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request is aimed at a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We keep the correspondence until the reason for it no longer applies and delete it afterwards, unless statutory retention periods require otherwise.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. Contact the address above for this.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg:

7. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the browser's address bar starting with “https://” and showing a padlock icon.
8. Changes
If what this website processes changes, we update this policy beforehand. The date above states the current version.
